1. Information we collect

We collect your email address when you sign up for the Pro plan. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your email address is also stored in the database we use (Redis, provided by Upstash) to manage your subscription status.

2. How prompts are processed

Prompts you submit for enhancement (including any snippets you have enabled) are sent through our server to Anthropic (the Claude API), which performs the AI processing, and are used only to generate your enhanced prompt. On the free plan, we do not store your prompt text or results on our servers — only a usage count is stored. If you are a Pro member and save items to your Library, those prompts and results are stored in our database (Upstash Redis), linked to your email address. Snippets, drafts, theme settings, and the free-usage display counter are stored in your browser's local storage.

3. Cookies and rate limiting

We use a session cookie (dps_session) to keep Pro members signed in, and an anonymous ID cookie (dps_anon_id, valid for one year, containing only a random identifier with no personal information) to prevent abuse of the free tier. To enforce usage limits, we also store rate-limit counters derived from your IP address for a limited period (up to about 40 days).

4. How we use it

The information above is used only to provide the enhancement service, manage your subscription, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

5. Sharing

We send information to the following providers only as needed to run the service: Stripe (payment processing), Anthropic (AI prompt enhancement), Upstash (database), and Vercel (hosting and analytics). We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.

6. Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, which reports aggregate, non-identifying usage data such as page views.

7. Data deletion

To request deletion of any data associated with your account (your email address, saved Library items, etc.), contact us at the address below. Data kept in your browser's local storage can be removed at any time through your browser settings.
