1. The Service

Deep Prompt Studio ("the Service") turns a rough prompt into a more structured, detailed prompt for use with AI chatbots. Enhancement is powered by Anthropic's AI (Claude); prompts you submit are sent to Anthropic's API for processing (see our Privacy Policy for details).

2. Accounts and billing

The Service offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan ($9/month). Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the "Manage billing" page; no further charges will occur after your current billing period ends.

3. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable. If you experienced a billing error or another exceptional circumstance, please contact us at the address below.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes, place undue load on our systems, or impersonate another person.

5. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee the accuracy or usefulness of any prompt generated by the Service. You are responsible for how you use the output.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
